Zamfara Govt to ijaw youth leaders: zamfara Gold belongs to FG not the state government.

  Zamfara state government has denined ownership of gold found in the state over time this it said to be against several mis- information of public by the elites inside and outside Niger delta areas who are supposed to inform the general public concerning government issues .  The 
The government which spoke through the governors Special Adviser on public enlightenment, media and communication, Zaliani Nappa, said that , it's unfortunate that elites who were hitherto illegally mining the gold in the state , have turn around to give the government a bad name by mis-informing the general public about the state.
        In a release made available to the press over the weekend , Bappa took time off to address the issue on behalf of the government .

Bad roads: Senate hits Fashola for blaming National Assembly

Fashola , according to the red chamber , had alleged that the National Assembly members should be held responsible for the poor state of the federal roads in Benue State. The upper chamber accused the Minister of trying to incite members of the public against the federal lawmakers by his allegation . The Senate stated this in a statement by its spokesperson , Dr. Ajibola Basiru , titled , “ Senate debunks Minister ’s claim on budgetary allocations to road construction, ” issued in Abuja on Sunday .
